Job opening: Analog/RF IC Designer

Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology (BPTI) is in search of a RF IC design engineer who is eager to work in a dynamic team and contribute to developing CMOS, SiGe and GaN high speed circuits for next-generation Wireless and Radar systems.
Main responsibilities:
To design top-level circuits and/or
To design component schematics and RF layouts
Communication with international partners
Skills and qualifications:
B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in electrical engineering
Expertise in analog, RF and/or mm-wave IC design
At least one of the following software skills:
Cadence Virtuoso and/or
Keysight ADS
Good English communication skills
High degree of self-motivation
Teamwork efficiency
Monthly salary range for this position: 2500 – 6000 EUR (before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
